About the Artist

Ebba Wagner is an Illustrator and Designer from the San Francisco Bay Area. With over four years of experience, her skills in concept design, story development, and photo editing allow her to create a variety of imagery.

 

She creates unique stories through her illustrations. Drawing much of her inspiration from nature, literature, and film. She builds narratives that reflect adventure and mystery. Her desire is to bring life to her stories through art using selective color and composition.

She has created concept designs, murals, illustrations, and various traditional paintings. In 2023, she participated in the Student Rising Gallery exhibition at California State University: East Bay where she was awarded the Anand Family Scholarship. Ebba was also featured in the 2024 issue of Occam's Razor for her piece Path to Adventure. Currently, she is working with Akili Interactive designing concept art for creatures and costumes.

  • Currently designing two creatures and two costumes for a mobile game. 

  • Using programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Slack, and Figma to design and collaborate with team members.

  • Making orthos of creatures for the 3D modeler to reference.

Wistmoria — Concept Booklet

Hayward, California

January 2024 - May 2024

 

  • Used digital programs to design illustrations for various landscapes, focusing on visual storytelling within the environment. 

  • Formatted illustrations and concepts into a booklet, describing each piece with its corresponding props and characters. 

  • Designed packaging and various deliverables for distribution including prints, advertising cards, pins, and stickers.

 

CinaManiac! — Photography Magazine

Petaluma, California

August 2022 - December 2022

 

  • Photographed various locations around the Petaluma area, focusing on buildings as well as a selected model. 

  • Worked in Adobe Lightroom to format and edit photographs into a magazine for print.

  • Designed unique typography within Adobe Photoshop to enhance and complement the themes within the magazine.
